Ben Tertin

Ben Tertin is a prominent figure in the Portland, OR religious and academic communities. Currently, he serves as the Lead Pastor of Colossae East and is affiliated with Multnomah University as an Adjunct Faculty member. In the past, Ben held leadership positions at Central Bible Church and Imago Dei Community in Portland.

Ben is also an accomplished author, having written 'A Kids Book About Adventure'. His educational background is extensive, including a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in 2018, a Master of Theology (Th.M.) in 2013, a Master of Divinity in Theological Studies (M.Div.T.S.) in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in biblical studies and journalism in 2008.

Ben Tertin's skill set is diverse and includes strengths in areas such as Pastoral Leadership, Preaching, Teaching, Course Development, Writing, Editing, Biblical and Theological Research, as well as Youth and College-age Ministry. His academic pursuits have led him to study Patristic Theology, New Testament Context, and Theological Studies with an emphasis in Patristics.

Throughout his career, Ben has been associated with various organizations including Colossae Church (East), Multnomah University, A Kids Book About, Wipf and Stock Publishers, Ecola Bible School, Imago Dei Community, and Magnum Research, Inc. His past roles range from Lead Pastor and Book Author to Journalist/Editor and Manufacturer/Assembler.
