Ben Saunders

Ben Saunders is a record-breaking polar explorer, keynote speaker, and climate tech investor. He is currently a General Partner at Kintanna Ventures, a firm he co-founded to invest in and accelerate climate tech innovation.13 Saunders has completed several notable polar expeditions, including:

1. The longest human-powered polar journey in history, a 108-day round trip to the South Pole covering 1,800 miles.3
2. Being the youngest person to ski solo to the North Pole.2
3. Becoming the third person in history to ski solo to both the North and South poles.3

As a speaker, Saunders has given three main-stage TED talks, which have been viewed over five million times. He is recognized as a "master storyteller" by TED.3 His speaking engagements focus on leadership, resilience, and overcoming adversity, drawing from his experiences in extreme environments.23
