Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers is an energy and environmental entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in advising, raising capital, investing in, and actively managing various energy companies and technologies. His expertise spans across energy efficiency, electrification of transportation, demand response, DER companies, power asset management, energy storage, oil and natural gas technologies, power plant development, silicon production, and solar and wind asset development.

With a background that includes regulated utilities, merchant power development, power trading, electricity and natural gas origination, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital, Ben brings a diverse and extensive skill set and network to the energy sector.

Ben has served in key roles such as Chief Development Officer at Electrada, Venture Partner at Braemar Energy Ventures, Mentor at Techstars Sustainability Accelerator in Partnership with The Nature Conservancy, and Board Member at organizations like We Care Solar and The Nature Conservancy.

His previous positions include executive roles at companies like Aquilon Energy Services, Inc., Broadscale Group, ThinkEco Inc., and Eos Energy Storage, as well as experiences at financial institutions like Goldman Sachs and State Street Bank, and energy giants like Enron Corp and Cinergy (now Duke Energy). Ben has a solid academic foundation having studied at the University of Chicago GSB and The Catholic University of America.
