Ben Pesich is a multifaceted professional with a successful career in the real estate industry. He studied Political Science and Government at The Ohio State University and also attended BX Executive Leadership Experience. His professional journey began in 1997 as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Ned Merkle & Company Realtors. Since then, Ben has held various positions including Property Manager at NAI Ohio Equities LLC and Mount Carmel Health System, Regional Maintenance Supervisor at Abercrombie & Fitch, Executive Manager of Business Development and Sales, and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Ohio Heating and Refrigeration.

Throughout Ben's career, he has developed expertise in real estate management, sales, and business development. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been a speaker at several industry conferences.
