Ben McCabe
Ben McCabe is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in the retail and consumer technology sectors. He has worked with a wide range of companies in D2C, marketplaces, subscription-based, and rental models across the United States and EMEA regions. McCabe has a particular interest in partnering with brands that have a social conscience and purpose. With his broad functional knowledge and industry expertise, he has built strong relationships with CEOs, CHROs, and CTOs, allowing him to provide his clients with access to top talent in the market. In addition to traditional search, he has also worked on successful talent mapping and pipeline projects with a focus on diversity and sustainability. McCabe graduated with a BA Hons in Political Science from the University of Leeds and has experience working in Constituent and Parliamentary levels. He currently serves as a Partner at Essenta Partners, a leading executive search firm in London, where he specializes in hiring for technology, retail recruitment, consumer, health and wellness, digital, staffing and sourcing, executive search, fashion, luxury, grocery, and tech industries.
