Ben Mackie is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in building and transforming teams, products, and platforms within global software organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Qwilr, following a successful 7-year tenure at Atlassian.

Before that, he dedicated 9 years to WST Pacific, now Deltek, focusing on engineering, architecture, and the development of enterprise project management and cost management software solutions.
