Ben Lin

Ben Lin is a seasoned professional with a strong background in helping companies scale, boasting over 10 years of experience as an operator and advisor at industry giants Atlassian and McKinsey.

At Atlassian, Ben oversaw the management of the Free versions of key products like Jira and Confluence. He led cross-functional teams and held overarching responsibility for various business aspects including strategy development, business performance management, target setting, executive communications, and ensuring execution discipline.

During his tenure at McKinsey, Ben specialized in growth strategy and new business development, spearheading projects such as launching a technology infrastructure company from inception to market, and playing a pivotal role in the establishment of Generation Australia. He was instrumental in crafting high-level strategic initiatives that drove significant transformations in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) as well as Financial Services sectors.

Ben Lin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
