Ben Lang is an investor and entrepreneur based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. He currently holds the position of Head of Community at Notion, a role he has occupied since February 2019. Additionally, he is involved with First Round Capital as part of their Angel Track since April 2022 and has been an angel investor since January 2020. His previous experience includes being a consultant and holding growth roles at atSpoke, which was acquired by Okta, and co-founding and serving as CEO of Mapme from 2014 to 2016. Lang also served in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, specifically in Unit 8200, from 2012 to 2014.1

Recently, Lang has launched a podcast titled Next Play, where he interviews notable founders, operators, and investors about significant career transitions. This initiative reflects his commitment to sharing insights from his extensive experience in the startup ecosystem.2 3
