Ben Klompus is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in education, specializing in data-driven network improvement, instructional leadership development, and coaching.
Currently serving as the Managing Director of Innovation and Impact at Relay Graduate School of Education, Dr. Klompus plays a key role in providing leadership in program impact, scale, financial sustainability, and participant experience.
He is an expert in instructional leadership, having founded the National Principal Supervisor's Academy and actively contributes to external relations and thought partnership initiatives within Relay Professional Education.
Dr. Klompus is a highly educated individual holding an Ed.L.D. and Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a B.S. in Philosophy from Colorado College, and a Post-Baccalaureate from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ben resides in Williamstown, Massachusetts with his spouse Janine and is a proud parent to five sons.
