Ben Hoffman

Ben Hoffman is an experienced professional with a strong academic background in statistics and psychology.

He holds a BA in Psychology from Moravian College and an Ed.M. in Statistics & Measurement from Rutgers University.

Ben has an extensive career history in various organizations, showcasing his expertise in user experience, customer success, and program delivery.

He currently serves as the User Experience and Customer Success Manager at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals.

Previously, Ben held leadership positions such as Delivery Program Leader at MassMutual, AVP of User and Customer Experience at The Hanover Insurance Group, AVP of Customer Experience at CIGNA, Senior Director at Travelers, Director of User Centered Design at The Hartford, and User Experience Design & Web Analytics roles at Dell Computer.

Before these roles, Ben also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Dell Computer and as a Usability Consultant at IBM Corp.
