Ben Gass is a seasoned strategy and communication consultant with a distinguished career spanning nearly 15 years in social justice and social impact.
Having begun his professional journey at Search for Common Ground, an international conflict resolution nonprofit, Ben has honed his expertise in executive coaching, strategic planning, and fostering relationships among conflicting parties.
During his tenure as a Senior Account Executive at Spitfire Strategies, Ben played a pivotal role in crafting and executing communication strategies for nonprofits and foundations across a spectrum of critical issues, ranging from economic policy to environmental conservation.
Ben's notable achievements include his involvement in managing a coalition that successfully advocated for the passage of the RESTORE Act, a landmark conservation funding initiative in the United States.
Transitioning to Free Speech TV in 2014, Ben held a key position within the senior management team, focusing on devising sustainable business models and cultivating impactful partnerships with progressive entities.
In 2015, Ben founded Conspire for Good, a strategic consultancy aimed at empowering progressive organizations, entrepreneurs, and social ventures to achieve their objectives and expand their influence.
A graduate of The Evergreen State College, Ben's academic background includes a B.A. in Liberal Arts, Philosophy, Peace, and Conflict Studies.
