Ben Dietz
Ben Dietz is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 18 years of experience in growing and sustaining subscription-based businesses. He is currently serving as the President & General Manager of Mintel, Americas, overseeing the company's research and growth strategies in the region. Ben's leadership philosophy, honed from his high school sports experience, focuses on bringing people together, inspiring teams, and developing leaders to achieve their full potential. He values grit, humility, emotional intelligence, and pragmatic optimism in the people he works with and believes in fostering a lifelong learning culture to ensure constant evolution. Ben's early career at Mintel started in Account Management, where he exceeded his sales quota in his first year, earning accolades as the Top Global Sales Representative. In his role as VP Sales in London, UK, he led the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales team in EMEA to have the three best years in a decade. Ben also worked at ArrowStream and ConAgra Foods before returning to Mintel to turn around a larger business. He holds a BS in Business, Marketing & Supply-Chain Management from Miami University.
