Ben Crookston

Ben Crookston is the Founder of TrainHeroic, a training platform focused on empowering coaches and athletes to reach their full potential.

At TrainHeroic, the mission is to create a community where individuals find joy in their training journeys and unlock their untapped potential.

Ben specializes in strategy development, team building, cross-functional development, and brand development, emphasizing product vision, team culture, OKRs, and brand identity.

With a background in English, Business, and Teaching, Ben has a well-rounded education from institutions like the University of San Diego and National Louis University.

Beyond his work at TrainHeroic, Ben is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities, particularly for BIPOC individuals, actively networking with Black professionals to support inclusivity.

His previous roles include teaching English, serving as a Corps Member at Teach For America, and founding The Frontline. He has also worked in the film industry at Heyday Films/Warner Brothers Inc.
