Ben Cooper

Ben Cooper is a passionate individual with a background in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Plymouth.

He has a diverse range of experiences, including working as an Events and Caseworker for Luke Pollard MP at the House of Commons.

Ben has also held positions such as Organiser at Campaign for Directly-Elected Mayors, Labour and Co-operative councillor at South Hams District Council, and South West Region Youth Committee Representative at The Co-operative Party.

His past roles include serving as a Social Media Intern at The David Miliband Campaign and as an Office Manager at Oona King Mayoral Campaign.

Ben is known for his active engagement in politics, with a notable achievement of receiving more votes than Thelma Walker in Hartlepool on two occasions.

Outside of work, his interests include Eurovision, Hedgehogs, Rugby, Gin, and Dimples, reflecting a multifaceted personality.
