He has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Marilla Investment Management Ltd., Aon Securities, and ReSol at Aon, illustrating his proficiency in operational management and investment strategies.

Prior to his role as COO, Bellal Rahman excelled as the Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Division at Aon, where he demonstrated his leadership skills and strategic vision.

His extensive experience at Aon also includes positions as the Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Division (Solvency II), Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Account Executive, highlighting his progressive career growth and diverse skill set.

Before joining Aon, Bellal honed his expertise as a Manager at EY, contributing to his strong foundation in auditing and financial consulting.
