Bella Lam is the co-founder of Coconut Whisk LLC, a company specializing in vegan and gluten-free baking mixes. Lam's entrepreneurial journey began with a business competition at her university, where she and Olson won first place in the food division. This victory provided them with the confidence and validation needed to pursue their business further. They initially sold their products at farmers' markets before launching them more broadly through retail channels.12
