She obtained her diverse legal education from prestigious institutions such as Boston University, RAU, and the University of Port Elizabeth, showcasing a commitment to academic excellence and a broad understanding of legal principles.

With her expertise, Belita has served as an In house Legal Counsel in Investment Banking Structured Finance at Absa Bank Limited, where she has honed her skills and knowledge in the financial and legal sectors.

Prior to her role at Absa Bank Limited, she held the position of Foreign Counsel at Bingham McCutchen, further expanding her legal experience and professional network in the industry.
