Belinda Merhab

Belinda Merhab is a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) graduate from the University of Technology Sydney with a rich background in journalism and media relations.

Currently, Belinda serves as the Media and Government Relations Manager at Western Sydney Airport, bringing her expertise and experience to this important role.

Before joining Western Sydney Airport, Belinda gained valuable insights working as a Media Adviser at the Australian Government for the Minister for Urban Infrastructure and Cities.

Belinda has a strong foundation in journalism, having held various key positions at the Australian Associated Press (AAP) including Federal Political Reporter, Economics and Personal Finance Reporter, Chief Court Reporter, and more.

Her journey in journalism began as a Cadet Journalist at AAP and has since evolved into diverse roles within the organization, showcasing her dedication and versatility.

Belinda Merhab's extensive experience also includes a role as a Trainee Journalist at The Australian, further expanding her skill set and industry knowledge.
