Beleza Chan, MBA, is the COO & Co-founder of Chatterize, a company dedicated to leveraging artificial intelligence in conversational cartoon characters aimed at helping Chinese children enhance their English communication skills.

With a background as the former Head of Teacher Acquisition at VIPKid, one of the leading ed-tech firms globally, Beleza played a key role in expanding the company's English teaching community from 200 teachers to an impressive 70,000.

Beleza is a dedicated professional passionate about fostering educational accessibility and creating avenues for youth worldwide to excel.

Her educational journey includes a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from BiMBA at Peking University, and an A.S. in Allied Health with Highest Honors from Skyline College.
