Beka Reddin

Beka Reddin is a results-oriented business partner with a sincere passion for working with people. They have a strong educational background, having studied B.B.A. in Management at Baylor University and Continuing Education Studies in Human Resources Development at Rice University.

Beka has held various significant roles in different organizations. They currently serve as the Manager, People Business Partner for Product & Engineering at Yelp. Prior to this, they were a People Business Partner for Product and Engineering at Yelp. Beka also served as a People Business Partner Lead at Good Eggs and held positions such as HR Manager at Vino Volo, Employee Relations Partner, HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Specialist in Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Administrator at Direct Energy. Earlier in their career, Beka worked as a Human Resources Intern at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center and as a Human Resources Specialist at KLS Consulting.
