Jeroen Wolterink is an experienced Ops Engineer at ING Nederland. He studied VWO Gymnasium, N&G at Oostvaarders College, Almere, and made a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science at the University of Amsterdam with a 7.44 grade. Jeroen is a critical thinker and has a keen eye for detail. He is always eager to learn and brings an analytical mind to the table.

Before joining ING Nederland, he was a MasterClass Professional at Calco and an ICT Specialist at Studentaanhuis.nl. He also worked as a Telephone Interviewer at GfK and participated in University of Amsterdam's student organizations as a Student Assistant, Student Officer, and Student Mentor.

Jeroen believes in finding improvements, understanding and explaining complex matters, and talking about problems and improvement points. He is dependable, critical, and holds strong communications skills, allowing him to put things into perspective.
