Adam Hale, a technology executive with over 30 years of experience, has made significant contributions to the growth and development of tech-centric businesses worldwide. Hale started his career as a programmer and later shifted to consultancy, headhunting, and finally leading companies. He is a keen advocate of ScaleUps and has a special focus on people and technology. He served 10 years at Accenture as a consultant, learning how to manage complex projects and sales campaigns before joining Russell Reynolds, a leading executive search firm, where he advised over 200 technology companies and investors in building their leadership teams and boards. From there, he joined Fairsail, an HR automation company, as CEO, and successfully led it to 12x revenue acquisition by Sage plc.

Currently, Hale is a Chair of the Board of Directors at Arctic Shores, an AI-driven talent assessment company, and is also an Advisory Board Member at Orbus software. He has previously served on advisory and non-executive boards of several companies, including Unit4, Open Blend, DevOpsGroup, and Sage People. As a former support of The Prince's Trust, a charity organization to empower young people, and a frequent road cyclist, Hale is passionate about social causes and sports. He has authored a book called "Lobster Tales" that narrates his ScaleUp experience and outlines a framework of purpose, focus, customers for life, innovation, and team.
