Craig Clark is a highly experienced Senior Lead Account Director at Lumen Technologies, currently working with the US Department of Veterans Affairs and its associated bureaus. He studied Business Administration at The George Washington University School of Business and has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The George Washington University. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Craig is an expert in Managed Services, UCaaS & UCC, and Network Security. Prior to joining Lumen Technologies, he worked as Senior Federal Account Director and Senior Territory Account Manager for Level 3 Communications and Adobe Systems, respectively.

Craig is very passionate about helping government departments, agencies, and bureaus modernize their network and infrastructure while adhering to budget constraints. He understands the needs of technology leaders in the VA and helps them achieve their goals by providing advanced voice, communication and collaboration solutions, improving cloud infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency through advanced technology, managed services, and enhancing network security to lower the risk of cyberattacks. Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and collecting vintage vinyl records.
