Per Hong is a seasoned consultant with over 20 years of experience working with global Fortune 500 clients in a range of industries such as consumer goods, healthcare, life sciences, chemicals, pulp and paper, metals, and mining. He had the opportunity to consult with more than 60 companies at the C-Suite level, on hundreds of projects across various continents. Hong primarily specializes in acquisition due diligence, post-merger integration, market entry strategy, localization, JV and alliance management, supply chain transformation, manufacturing, and distribution network optimization, product portfolio management, strategic sourcing, organization transformation, and demand, and supply planning.

Hong studied MBA in Corporate Strategy at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Political Science at Swarthmore College. He also studied the certificate course in Scenario Planning at the University of Oxford - Said Business School. Hong served as the Managing Partner of A.T. Kearney’s Russia & CIS business from 2010 – 2016, leading their team towards five consecutive years of double-digit growth while mitigating market uncertainties.
