Becky Irish is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in strategy, purpose, and culture management.
She completed her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics with First-Class Honours at the University of Bath after attending The Red Maids' School.
Becky's career at PwC has been diverse, starting from an internship in Management Consultancy and steadily progressing through various roles including Senior Associate, Manager, and up to the position of Purpose, Culture, & Strategy Senior Manager.
During her tenure at PwC, she has been part of several teams such as the UK Executive Board Strategy Team and the Tomorrow’s Business Leaders Co-Lead.
Becky also has experience outside of PwC, having served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at LUX Rewards Ltd.
Her professional journey demonstrates a focus on leadership, strategic planning, and fostering purpose-driven cultures within organizations.
