Becki Lindley

Becki Lindley is an accomplished business professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Becki also attended New Trier High School.

Throughout her career, Becki has held various significant positions in prestigious organizations. She is currently the Principal and Owner at Room40. Previously, she was a Certified Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Partner at Guidestar, Partner at Cobalt Development Partners, and Chief Operating Officer at Vicarious Communication. Becki also has teaching experience, having served as a Lecturer and Senior Coach in the Management Labs and Facilitator for Executive Education Programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Prior to these roles, Becki Lindley accumulated valuable experience working as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen and holding positions in Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Management at International Paper. She also gained expertise in Sales and Market Development during her time at Brady Corporation.
