He is the Managing Partner at Jisrak, a boutique research firm based in Montreal that specializes in sourcing and due diligence in the alternative investments sector, including hedge funds, real estate, private equity, and venture capital.

Azar's career includes significant roles at HSBC Private Bank and Innocap, where he developed expertise in due diligence and risk management. He has built a robust network of over 1,000 relationships with asset managers, allocators, and service providers, positioning him as a key player in the alternative investments landscape. His educational background includes a degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MSc from HEC Paris and Melbourne Business School.
