Becca Carroll

Becca Carroll is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles across different organizations. Becca earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a BA in English from Bates College.

Becca has held several key positions at IDEO, including Executive Director, Senior Director, Co-Lead of the Last Mile Money Initiative, Director & Co-Lead of Last Mile Money, Open Financial Systems Portfolio Lead, Membership Lead & Venture Designer, and Design Entrepreneur. Prior to IDEO, Becca gained valuable experience as an MBA Intern at Mint.com.

Becca has also served in leadership roles at Circadian Technologies, ZircLight, and has interned at Lands' End and Friendster. Becca's diverse background includes experience in marketing, business development, product management, project coordination, and internet marketing.
