Beau Bristow

Beau Bristow is the founder of Picknic, a restaurant app designed to assist individuals with dietary restrictions, such as food allergies and celiac disease, in finding suitable dining options. His journey into this entrepreneurial venture was inspired by his own health challenges, including a diagnosis of celiac disease, which motivated him to create a platform that connects users with restaurants that adhere to gluten-free and other dietary protocols.13

Prior to founding Picknic in October 2018, Beau held various roles in business development and analytics. He has experience as an Analytics Consultant at Concert Genetics and previously served as VP of Innovation and Analysis at Healthcare Bluebook. His educational background includes studies at Vanderbilt University.245
