Beatriz Cervantes Zijlstra

Beatriz Zijlstra is a multi-talented individual with a diverse background in acting, writing, producing, and counseling. Her impressive resume boasts numerous accomplishments within the entertainment industry including a Master's in Biblical Studies, Counseling, and Psychology from Trinity International University and an MA in Studies and Film Production/Management from The American Film Institute. She also attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a marketing minor in Film production from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Aside from her entertainment industry achievements, Zijlstra has also had notable roles as a Social Worker at Howard Area Community Center (HACC) and a Behavioral Health Technician at Madison Center for Children. Additionally, she worked as an account executive at Foote, Cone & Belding and an executive producer at Wassel Saviano Motion Pictures in Chicago. She was also a literary agent for William Morris, an assistant to the finance director at Marvel Entertainment, and an associate at KSCI Channel 18.
