Beata Kotlar

Beata Kotlar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and talent acquisition. She holds a Master's degree as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Socio-Cultural Animation from Jagiellonian University. Beata has gained valuable experience working in various organizations, including her current role as a Talent & Development Specialist at UBS. Prior to this, she served as an IT Recruitment Specialist - Sourcing Partner at UBS, bringing a unique perspective to her current position. Beata has also worked as a Sourcing Partner at Hays and held the position of Travel Executive at Wine-Service.
