Snigdha Cheekoty

Snigdha Cheekoty is a Business-minded data scientist who has developed a reputation for providing valuable insights through her work in data analytics and advanced data-driven methods. She has obtained her Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Cloudera Spark and Hadoop Developer Certified Professional credentials and is currently pursuing her Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate Certification. Snigdha has worked on several projects in Machine Learning and Deep learning, utilizing various frameworks such as scikit learn, Keras, and TensorFlow. In addition, she is skilled at visualizing data using Tableau, PowerBI, RStudio, and Python. Snigdha has worked on all phases of the data analytics pipeline, including Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, EDA, Preprocessing, Predictive and Descriptive Modelling, Validation, and Reporting.

Snigdha has studied at George Mason University for a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics where she completed her degree with honors obtaining a 3.73 GPA. She also studied Electronics and Computer Engineering at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology and graduated with a 3.4 GPA. Snigdha's academic career began at Gitanjali Devshala, where she was recognized as a high performer and graduated with a score of 92.5%.

Snigdha has held several positions during her career, including her current role at Serco as a Data Scientist. She has previously been an Adjunct Professor and Research Analyst at George Mason University, a Machine Learning Engineer at Hitachi Consulting, and a Summer Intern at the Electronics Corporation of India Limited.
