IFS.alpha is an incubator launched by BNP Paribas to create new services on a short period of time, leveraging on a cloud operating platform and Agile methodology. 15 multidisciplinary teams of 6 to 8 people were coached and assisted by a core team of 20 people to deliver their MVP in a few months.As a member of the Core Team I help squads deliver tangible and marketable products as quickly as possible by assisting them in all their business related tasks : business modeling, value proposition, partnerships, legal and risk analysis, contract negociation, data…Achievements: Success full pitch of IFS.alpha to BNPP CEOs, negotiation of AWS contract

After working on BNP Paribas’s union with Carrefour to launch their first digital retail mobile wallet, Wa!, I worked on its merger with Fivory to create Lyf Pay, a wallet gathering BNP Paribas, Carrefour, Crédit-Mutuel-CIC, Auchan, Mastercard, Oney Bank and Total.Main tasks :- B2B Business Development & Negotiation with banks, fintechs, and start-ups- Key Account Management : Banks, MarionnaudAchievements: Structuration of LYF SAS and LYF SA

Retail Mobile Wallet SAS was a company created by BNP Paribas and Carrefour to operate Wa!, a wallet aggregating B2C and B2B services provided by major French retailers, start-ups and service providers.Main tasks :- Services and customer journey definition with project executives,- Functional design,- Technology Providers analysis,- Project manager for merchant integration,- Risk analysis with fraud and security experts.

Galitt is a leading consulting firm in the French payment industry.Main tasks :- Kuwaiti Investment fund - Payment Service Study (from Market Analysis to solution design and business model conception)- European Bank: Due diligence of a QR Code payment operator.- European Bank: Contract creation tool for merchants design- French Investment fund : Due Diligence of a MPOS constructor.- European Bank: Feasibility study of a NFC HCE Payment solution.

The French Association for Mobile Contactless (AFSCM) was created by French Mobile Network Operators to facilitate the deployment of NFC SIM centric services in France.Main tasks :- Marketing manager: Value proposition, marketing brief, merchant kit, budget planning.- Product Manager: Business and Functional requirements definition, coordination of Mobile Network Operators and associated Service Providers teams.- On & offline Communication Manager: brand management; PR; B2B relationships manager, events manager (NFC World Congress, Cartes, Equipmag…).
