Shelly Skeen is an accomplished attorney with a diverse range of legal expertise in commercial litigation, appellate law, professional malpractice and grievance defense, probate and estate planning. With her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and a Diploma in International Arbitration from The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she has earned recognition as a mediator, and also earned the prestigious "Member" designation by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in International Arbitration. Skeen has appeared before several courts in the US, including the US Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, and the 5th and 6th Circuit Courts of Appeals, among others. Shelly combines practical and problem-solving approach in her legal practices which prioritizes client's concerns and offers cost-effective solutions that resolve disputes quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, Skeen is an adjunct faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, a frequent speaker, author, and active volunteer in the local community.
