Michael W. Taft is a meditation coach, neuroscience enthusiast, and author with over 30 years of experience in both Buddhist and Hindu practices. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in German Language and Literature from Michigan State University and has since authored and edited books such as "The Mindful Geek" and "Nondualism: A Brief History of a Timeless Concept". He has also taught at Google and worked on curriculum projects with SIYLI. As a founding editor of Deconstructing Yourself and an official advisor to the Therapeutic Neuroscience Lab, he specializes in bringing science-based meditation training to corporate settings, and helps individuals and organizations achieve increased well-being, focus, and creativity. He currently resides in Berkeley, California.
