Grace Williamson

Grace Williamson is an experienced leader in the field of career services, talent acquisition, and organizational support. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Administration from Concordia University Ann Arbor and has studied abroad at the University of Oxford. With over a decade of experience under her belt, Grace has held various senior management roles at different institutions including as VP of People & Talent - North America at Qualitest and as Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations at Ashford University. Formerly the US Head of People and Talent at QualiTest Group, she has also served as Human Resources Manager at Mapp Digital and Associate Director of Recruitment and Employer Relations at Princeton University.

Grace's expertise extends to talent acquisition, organizational development, corporate and strategic partnerships, alumni relations, and career services management. She has also worked as an adjunct college instructor at St. Thomas Aquinas College. With her wide-ranging experience, Grace has developed a unique skill set that has made her an asset to any organization she joins.
