Sara Rumens is an award-winning picture editor, hard-nosed rights negotiator, and an expert in international shoot production with an unrivalled contacts book spanning from broadsheet to tabloid. She possesses granular knowledge of image library archives, interpret briefs with budget restraints, and understands the industry from the perspective of photographer, commissioner and client. She's confident working on 'highbrow' documentary to catwalk to celebrity splashes, and navigates the TV and celebrity PR landscape with ease. With an in-depth understanding of image-led social media, she's a pragmatic and adaptive professional with industry-approved knowledge.

Sara has a Post Graduate in Photojournalism, Editorial Photography from the University of the Arts London, a BSc in Geography at the University of Ulster, and studied at Sudbury Upper School. She's held several key positions throughout her career, including Features Picture Editor at The Times, Picture Editor for T2 at The Times, Grazia Magazine at Bauer Publishing and Conde Nast Traveller (Maternity Cover) at Condé Nast Publications. Before that, she was the Editorial Director at Magnum Photos.
