Matt McDonnell: Serial Entrepreneur, Investor and Immersive Educator

Matt McDonnell is a renowned serial entrepreneur, investor, and educator with a noteworthy background in commercial real estate development. McDonnell holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and an MBA degree with a Finance Concentration from the College of Charleston. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University.

McDonnell is the CEO and founder of The Geyser Group, where he focuses on placemaking through commercial real estate development. He was a principal at Springdale Ventures and a partner, founder at Notley. McDonnell has also served as the COO and VP Operations at Famigo, Inc. and the program director for the South Carolina Maritime Foundation.
