Jeon Sangho has emerged as a prominent figure in service issue resolution and improvement. With a diverse career spanning across various industries, he has accumulated extensive experience and expertise in the domain of interaction design, digital media design, and product design.

He received BFA in Film & Digital Media Design and completed his MFA in Interaction Design from Hongik University. His inclination and passion for design and user experience led him to work with various organizations, including NAVER FINANCIAL, NAVER Corp, Coupang, BOTAZOO, and D.O.E.S.

During his tenure as a Leader of Design Studio at NAVER FINANCIAL, Sangho became known for his exceptional communication skills and understanding of the relationship between users, business, and data. He acted as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and customers, resolving issues, improving products, and increasing user satisfaction.

Previously, Sangho led the Contents Studio and worked as a Project Lead at NAVER Corp, where he honed his skills in UX/UI design and product innovation. He also served as a Senior Product Designer, Lead Product Designer, UI/GUI Designer for several years.

With his expertise and skills, Sangho is one of the sought-after design experts in South Korea. He continues to inspire young designers and is actively involved in various design communities, sharing his knowledge and insights.
