Jessica Kinghorn is an experienced leader with over 15 years of success in driving growth initiatives from a customer perspective. She has expertise in building consensus across groups, improving customer insight, engagement, and product innovation. Jessica is a change catalyst who transforms organizational performance by aligning business priorities to customer-centric improvements and designing strategic touchpoints along the customer journey.

She has studied various customer experience, project management, and business strategy programs, including Customer Experience Transformation course at Temkin Group, Project Management Professional at Project Management Academy, Certified Customer Experience Professional at CX University, and Business Strategy Program at McKinsey Academy. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Mass Communication News/Ed from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
