AJ Bean is an experienced customer success manager who has worked with a wide range of software applications, from CRM to APM, and is currently employed at AppDynamics, where he serves as the Director of Customer Success, Americas International and US Public Sector. He is passionate about providing the best possible customer experience and ensuring the success of his clients using AppDynamics software. AJ has worked in various roles throughout his career, including Senior Customer Success Manager at AppDynamics, Business Development Manager at Alertus Technologies, Client Success Manager, and Business Development Consultant at Oracle, and Varsity Swim Coach at Frederick County Public Schools. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania, AJ's goal is to become the AppDynamics' trusted advisor within his clients' organizations and act as a customer advocate within his internal organization.
