Mohamad Hakim is an accomplished investment banking and corporate finance professional with over 12 years of experience. With a proven track record in providing capital raising solutions and expertise in mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital markets, Hakim is a valuable addition to any financial team.

Hakim obtained his Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Ryerson University's Ted Rogers MBA program. He also has a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the American University in Beirut. He earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Balamand.

His professional experience includes being the VP-Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory at PwC Canada, where he oversaw the trades related to mergers, acquisitions, debt capital expenditures, private placements and public offerings. He also worked as a trainee performing Internal Audits at BankMed, gained Data Analyst experience at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
