Megan Neely
Megan Neely is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Organization at Copenhagen Business School whose expertise lies at the intersection of sociology, gender research, and women's leadership. She completed her education in sociology at the University of Texas at Austin, where her PhD thesis focused on racial and gendered experiences in higher education. She has since gone on to be a postdoctoral fellow at the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University. She has extensive experience as a researcher, having worked as a Senior Researcher and Sociologist at Exponential Talent LLC and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Women's Leadership Innovation Lab at Stanford University. Megan's work has been integral in understanding and breaking down barriers related to gender discrimination, particularly in the professional world. She uses her knowledge to empower women and underrepresented groups in organizations to reach their full potential.
