Tivo Rojas-Cheatham, MPH is a highly experienced educator, consultant, trainer, coach, manager, and leader with over 25 years of diverse experience in corporate, non-profit, government, and other sectors. He specializes in coaching, training, mentoring, and performance optimization, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. His unique set of skills and expertise includes transformation and generative coaching, NLP, process improvements, and dialogic OD. Tivo holds a range of certifications, including from the Strozzi Institute, UC Davis Extension, New Ventures West, and The Empowerment Partnership.

Prior to his work as a Principal Strategic Learning Partner at Genentech, Tivo worked in senior roles at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Kaiser Permanente, and Training and Consulting Team (TACT) Social Services Agency. He was also a former manager at Pacific Gas & Electric and the California Department of Public Health/Environmental Health, where he successfully implemented community engagement initiatives and low-income programs.
