He has worked with companies ranging from start-up to over $1B in sales and is skilled in inbound marketing, inbound sales, inbound service, and building a culture of personal responsibility and achievement. Dan is a limited partner in several companies and serves as an advisor, mentor, investor, and board member, including in Stage 2 Capital, Zenovate, Chicory.co, and Databox.

Dan is also a public speaker and has given talks on a variety of topics, including The Inbound Organization, SMarketing: Sales & Marketing Alignment, and How to Build Rapport with Anyone, among others. He studied Political Science at Colgate University and has held executive positions at a variety of companies, including HubSpot, Helm Software, Microsoft, Groove Networks, InfoImage, and ALI Technologies.
