Lauren Yang is a highly-educated and mission-driven professional with a Bachelor's Degree in International Development Studies and a minor in Geography from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also completed coursework in Community and Environmental Health at The University of Queensland and in International Development and Geography at the University of Ghana. Lauren's interests in sustainable, culturally-appropriate, and socially-inclusive human development are evident in her varied work experience. She has been an administrative assistant at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD), an intern at the U.S. Department of State, and a student assistant at UCLA Krieger Child Care Center. She was also a former admissions assistant at UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs - Dept of Urban Planning, where she likely honed her skills in organization and communication. Lauren's passion for global humanitarian work is further demonstrated through her experience as a former intern at Fair River International Association for Development and as a deliver/return specialist at USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management. Currently, Lauren is seeking an opportunity to join an organization making a meaningful difference.
