Noam Zur is a sales veteran, business mentor, and musician known for his ability to connect with people and build emotional relationships. He has over three decades of experience in technology sales and has proven himself to be a valuable asset to companies by increasing their sales metrics and driving business growth.

Zur's career began at HP, where he served as Director of dealer channels before taking on leadership positions in various companies such as Magic Software Enterprises, Axeda, and Midbar. In his five years as VP Sales at Magic Software Enterprises, Zur built a global distribution channel in more than 60 countries that increased sales revenue to $59 million. He similarly transformed Axeda into the dominant player in the SCADA market, with sales revenue skyrocketing to $11 million in two years as VP Sales. As VP Sales and Marketing of Midbar, Zur led the company to be the market leader in the Japanese music market, with annual sales of $7 million.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Zur co-founded Hafla venture, a social-impact-focused business, and has mentored CEOs in applying his emotional selling technique to enhance their sales performance. Zur's approach to sales relies on connecting with customers on an emotional level and building genuine, lasting relationships to achieve success.

Zur is a graduate of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a degree in Economics and International Relations and a degree in Economics from Hebrew University Secondary school. In his free time, he practices Tai Chi and plays in a rock and roll band in Tel Aviv.
