David Zapata is a seasoned brand management professional with over a decade of experience in executing brand visions, developing category strategies and building business plans across diverse products including Alcoholic Beverages, Cosmetics, Home Cleaning and Paper products. He has managed multinational campaigns with internal Multi-functional teams and partnered with top agencies including OMG, Saatchi&Saatchi and Accenture. With a BS in Management Information Systems/Computer Science from The University of Alabama, Zapata has seamlessly integrated his technical background with his marketing expertise. He has held high-level marketing roles in companies such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, L'Oréal, and Procter & Gamble, where he has led data-driven marketing and media strategies, managed digital marketing accounts, and developed social media platform strategies. He is also a former IT BPO Manager at Wal-Mart and a Technology & Business Analyst at State of Alabama. Zapata has dual US and German citizenship and is open to working anywhere in the US or EU without a visa.
