Amit Tripathi is a highly skilled Polymer Scientist with over 9 years of experience in polymer colloids, specializing in emulsion and dispersion polymerization. He has a strong grasp of the fundamentals and the impact of process parameters on polymeric reactions, allowing him to accurately predict and optimize polymeric particle morphology and properties.

Tripathi's background also includes a strong foundation in Mathematics and Software Programming, which he has utilized in developing simulation models to simulate and optimize conditions, minimizing the amount of experimentation.

He has extensive experience with traditional styrenic and acrylic systems, as well as with functional monomers such as acrylic/methacrylic acids, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, and crosslinkers. He is well-versed in various analytical techniques, such as DSC, TGA, DMA, SEM, TEM, Confocal microscope, FT-IR, and NMR.
