Brandon Palanker is a seasoned real estate developer and expert in placemaking, with a focus on economic, social, and environmental sustainability. He approaches his work with a comprehensive and collaborative process that prioritizes co-creating a shared development vision with municipalities and communities to ensure appropriate density, mix of uses, and alignment with market realities. Brandon's experience includes site selection advisory, mixed-use development, public and private sector advising, and place-based economic development strategies. He has played key roles in the procurement and entitlement of 15M+ sf of mixed-use downtown and transit-oriented development projects around the country. Brandon is a council member of the Urban Land Institute’s Mixed Use Development Council and Transit Oriented Development Council, a board member of the Real Estate Institute at SBU, the Form-Based Codes Institute, and CNU North Texas. He is a graduate of ULI North Texas Center for Leadership Class of 2018 and is NC Certified from the National Charrette Institute.
